Inspired by the original location, BDE is the new hot spot for haute Creole/Cajun cuisine and New Orleans fare. Different in menu and ambiance from the original location in Massapequa, BDE remains inclusive of the staple dishes of both Louisiana and our namesake partner. We have taken the best of all worlds and elevated our cuisine and atmosphere to engage and excite our guests on their culinary adventure.


Executive Chef, Adam Anders, trained and worked under Emeril Lagasse for the majority of his culinary career in New Orleans. During his time at Emeril’s New Orleans, Chef Adam immersed himself in the diverse cuisine and many cultures of Louisiana. Chef Adam brings integrity, culinary genius and the amazing essence of NOLA to each and every dish; both in taste and visual representation. Chef Adam is passionate about creating edgy, progressive NOLA cuisine and shining a spotlight on dishes that fuse great spices, textures and layers of Cajun, creole and soul food that meld in this culinary genre.
